Confirmed by the numbers of buyers, the 32nd edition of Fine Food in Melbourne was a great success for PreGel’s Australia subsidiary.

The expectations of buyers was widely met by the countless food novelties presented. An unparalleled four days of events and demonstrations for the foodservice, hospitality and retail industries.

An array of exciting competitions, live demonstrations and masterclasses led by chefs, pastry chefs and gelato chefs captured the interest of visitors by inviting them to enter the booth.

PreGel Australia was chosen to be one of the 1,000 exhibitors to enthusiastically present their new products for artisan gelato with a new kit for Gelato Pops, Bouche Cake and Gelato Slice. While another portion of the stand focused on the concept of Soft Serve Frozen Yogurt with its unmistakable flavor, as well as the proposal of new types of combinations and decorations.

Special care by a visual expert was taken with the pastry display cases in order to devote ample space to the beautiful pastel coloured macarons and other confectionary bakery products. Above all, it presented our gluten-free line to capture the interest of the buyers and journalists with its new special flavour that was created to taste very similar to the traditional recipes.

As it happens at every PreGel exhibition, the Flavour Lounge area was overwhelmingly popular with visitors who had the opportunity to taste different kinds of cocktails, non-alcoholic drinks, smoothies and frappés accompanied by baked confectionary products.

Fine Food, as usual, has proven successful for PreGel, both in terms of turnout and popularity with the attendees. PreGel, as a leading manufacturing company for gelato ingredients, has been working in the Australian market for several years thanks to its subsidiary located in Campbellfield, Victoria and an efficient network of business agents ready to meet the requests of new customers and trade partners.
