Utilizing our unique and innovative gluten free pastry products students will understand the scientific approach to gluten free food while simultaneously learning hands-on techniques and recipes that are sure to wow. Students will learn how to improvise classic recipes and make them gluten free as well as trouble shooting gluten free baking techniques and ingredient uses. Items such as gluten free tarts, cakes, pies, cookies, eclairs, funnel cakes, macarons and so much more await you.

*These classes take place in facilities that also contain products with gluten.
