The art of frozen dessert & gelato cakes (2 DAYS)
The artistic course par excellence. Class attendees will make a variety of scratch pastry items with a modern, innovative and creative flair. Using the most fines technique, students will learn how to make gelatos and bavarian cakes, tasty swiss roll and much more. The course is perfect for the cold pastry lovers.
The art of the petit four, verrines & mono-portions (2 DAYS)
Pastry it’s a fine technique is at its most conspicuous in the details which is exactly what it makes an art expression. This course, theoretical and practical, it will show the beauty of the petit four, verrines, mono-portions, and mousses. Recommended to everyone who wants to amaze the customers with delicious flavors.
Gluten Free Baking (2 days)
Utilizing our innovative gluten free pastry products students will understand the scientific approach to G.F. food while simultaneously learning hands-on techniques and recipes. Students will learn how to make items such as gluten free tarts, cakes, pies, cookies, eclairs, funnel cakes, macarons and so much more.
