Regium Syrup Zenzero Regium Fruit Lampone

PREPARATION AND DOSAGE for 2 people

Ingredienti:
Gin 40 ml
Regium Syrup Zenzero 10 ml
Regium Fruit Lampone 30 ml
ice cubes 7
sparkling wine (BRUT or EXTRA BRUT) 90 ml
Raspberries qb

 

Method:
Using a Boston Shaker, prepare the premix with the following ingredients: Gin, Regium Syrup Ginger and Regium Fruit Raspberry.
Shake without ice (dry shake).
In 330 ml glasses, pour in sequence for each glass: ice cubes, 40 ml premix and sparkling wine to fill.
Garnish:   one raspberry on the rim of the glass.
