Regium Fruit Lampone
PREPARATION AND DOSAGE for 2 people

Ingredienti:
Gin | 40 ml |
Regium Syrup Zenzero | 10 ml |
Regium Fruit Lampone | 30 ml |
ice cubes | 7 |
sparkling wine (BRUT or EXTRA BRUT) | 90 ml |
Raspberries | qb |
Method:
Using a Boston Shaker, prepare the premix with the following ingredients: Gin, Regium Syrup Ginger and Regium Fruit Raspberry.
Shake without ice (dry shake).
In 330 ml glasses, pour in sequence for each glass: ice cubes, 40 ml premix and sparkling wine to fill.
Garnish: one raspberry on the rim of the glass.
