Applications/methods and quantities:
FILLINGS: use as is in croissants, brioches, pancakes, waffles etc.
GLAZES: heat the product to 40°C, then use for dipping, or drizzle (sweet baked goods: cakes, pastries etc.). Store in the fridge (+4°C) or at controlled temperature
