Cold process powder product to quickly prepare a delicious pastry cream by simply adding water or milk. Ca’ D’oro Dessert Cream can be used as a filling for cakes and for cold pastry applications. It is baking-stable and that is why it can be also used as filling for shortcrust-based tarts and brioche.
