PANDOLCE MIX

Pandolce is a powder mix made from selected and carefully balanced raw ingredients that simplify and reduce the number of steps in the production of large leavened products such as Panettone, Pandoro and Colomba. It is also suitable for making classic leavened bakery products, guaranteeing constant results, excellent volume and long-lasting freshness and softness over time.

This 100% complete mix contains natural yeast, does not require the addition of flour and has no aroma to allow the pastry chefs to customize the finished cake with complementary products from the PreGel Pastry line.

The versatility of Pandolce makes it ideal for preparing various breakfast pastries, like croissants and brioche, but it can also be used to make traditional regional cakes such as Pandolce Ligure, Torta di Rose, Veneziana or Fugassa Veneta.
