Chatbot Policy

The chatbot (also known as a “virtual assistant”) is an automated system designed to simulate a conversation with a human being and to respond in real time to users’ questions.

PreGel uses a chatbot system on its website to provide users with information about the products and services offered, leveraging machine learning technologies that use the content and information available on the website as well as other internal materials provided by the Company.

During the use of the chatbot, information related to the user’s browsing activity may be collected. For more details, please refer to our Cookie Policy.

Only if the user requests to be contacted, the chatbot will ask for the necessary data to manage the request (Company Name, City, Province, Telephone, Email).

Any personal data collected will be stored for the time necessary to provide the requested services and, in any case, no longer than 3 months.

In all cases, the data provided by the user will be processed solely for purposes related to the operation of the chatbot and will not be used for any other purpose.
