PreGel has always promoted the spread of quality artisanal gelato throughout the world and this is why we have decided to support the selection days of the Gelato Festival World Masters which will be held from 27 to 31 October at the Carpigiani Gelato University headquarters in Anzola Emilia.
During the first days of the Carpigiani Week the second and final Italian semi-final will take place which has 75 gelato makers competing for 8 places up for grabs for the Italian Final. In the following days, European gelato makers will compete to advance on the qualifying path towards the World Final which will be held in 2026.
In addition to sponsoring the event, we will also be present with our team to meet all the participants and reflect together on some topics related to the world of gelato.
