COVERMAX® DECOROCK® COFFEE CIOK
Post-baking coating anhydrous cream with a strong coffee and chocolate flavor with crunchy inclusions. Gradually heat the product to 45-50°C before use. Mix and coat the desired products, then leave to set on the coated products for 10-15 minutes.
Ideal for coating baked goods (donuts, muffins, plumcakes, croissants, large leavened goods) and positive pastries (+4°C). It maintains a solid consistency at room temperature while ensuring plasticity when cut, preventing the formation of cracks. Thanks to its versatility, it can also be used as a ready-to-use ganache, whipping it in a planetary mixer as is.
