New season, new temptations on the way!

Our pastry line is expanding with six new products crafted for bakery and pastry professionals.

The line of ready-to-use anhydrous filling creams Farcimax® expands with new flavors and textures that will surprise professionals. Farcimax® Cappuccino is the new smooth cream with the authentic taste of milk and coffee, bringing the authentic flavor of this breakfast drink to the fillings of croissants, cakes, tarts, mignon pastries, and large leavened products.

Starting this year, the Farcimax® line also includes two flavors in a Rock version! Farcimax® Fiorbella® Rock, with the intense flavor of cocoa and hazelnut, and Farcimax® Pistachio Rock, with the distinctive taste of pistachio, and both of them have crunchy inclusions that surprise the palate and make every dessert even more inviting. These ready-to-use anhydrous filling creams are ideal for filling (even with a piping bag) croissants, cakes, mignon pastries, and many other pastries.

The Covermax® Decorock® line of anhydrous post-bake coating creams also adds a new flavor to the range: Coffee Ciok. This new product, with its strong coffee and chocolate flavor and crunchy inclusions, is ideal for coating baked goods and pastries. Covermax® Decorock® Coffee Ciok It maintains a solid consistency at room temperature while ensuring plasticity when cut, preventing the formation of cracks. Thanks to its versatility, it can also be used as a ready-to-use ganache, whipping it in a planetary mixer as is.

The latest additions are two flavors that join the Crunchy Coatings line for covering cold pastry preparations. Crunchy Coatings Mango provides a tasty coating with crunchy inclusions and the fresh taste of this fruit, while Crunchy Coatings Red Berries, with its pieces of raspberries and strawberries and crunchy inclusions, ensures a glaze that is both visually appealing and delicious. Both are gluten-free and perfect glazing negative (-18°C) and positive (+4°C) pastry preparations such as gelato sticks and cakes, parfaits, mousses and Bavarian creams.
