Collaboration between PreGel SPA and the “Angelo Motti” Higher Education Institute of Reggio Emilia

Reggio Emilia, April 2, 2025 – PreGel SPA has launched a collaborative project with the “Angelo Motti” Higher Education Institute of Reggio Emilia, aiming to provide students with a unique opportunity for practical learning and the enhancement of professional skills.
In April, around fifty students from the “Angelo Motti” Institute participated in a series of interactive meetings organized at PreGel’s Reggio Emilia headquarters. Each session focused on one of the company’s three main product sectors: Gelato, Pastry, and Beverage. During these sessions, PreGel’s technical demonstrators explained the production of top-selling products such as gelato, illustrating the various applications and innovations that characterize the company’s products.
This experience allowed the students from the Motti Institute to explore the potential of PreGel’s product lines, blending theory and practice. Thanks to this collaboration, PreGel contributes to the training of young professionals, reinforcing the theoretical knowledge of students and actively involving them in the creation and preparation of recipes.
The initiative is part of a training path that provides students with useful tools to continue their studies or start a professional career in the sector, supporting their preparation. The school, increasingly focused on skill acquisition, strongly embraces such opportunities to offer meaningful teaching that is attentive to the specific needs of the job market, thus facilitating the creation of professional opportunities in line with the demands of companies. In this way, territorial collaboration becomes a crucial element in ensuring the employment of young people trained at the Motti Institute, creating a direct bridge between education and the world of work.
