Make Mother’s Day unforgettable with a dessert selection designed to impress. From elegant presentation to rich, indulgent tastes, we show you how to use our signature products to create a high-impact Mother’s Day display that captures every customer’s attention.

Vegan rose

This refined treat is designed for mothers who love soft and pastel colors, but when it comes to taste, know how to appreciate the fresh flavor of raspberry combined with the rich one of pistachio. To obtain this delicious rose-shaped mousse, we used Biancapan®, our complete powder product for creating decorations, mousses, and semifreddos in a vegan version with the sole addition of water, featuring a compact structure and excellent stability over time. Thanks to its neutral base flavor, we enjoyed creating two layers: one flavored with Pannacrema Raspberry, which provides freshness and a pleasant acidity, and the other with the indulgent Pannacrema Pistachio Élite. This elegant rose was then gently placed on a disk of flaky vegan shortcrust pastry made with Frollis Gluten Free. In fact, this proposal can also be enjoyed by mothers who follow a vegan diet, as it is entirely made with 100% vegan products.

Ideas made with Pronto Tiramisù

A mother’s Tiramisù is hard to beat, but we still want to offer you some ideas to provide your customers with several reinterpretations of this iconic dessert of the Italian tradition to include on the menu to celebrate moms. The protagonist of these three proposals is Pronto Tiramisù, our complete product from ‘I Pronti’ line, to which you only need to add cold milk to quickly prepare an extremely creamy custard that has all the authentic flavor that distinguishes this dessert.

The first idea is an elegant small glass composed of a base of CrumbOlé Red Berries Gluten Free, and a layer of cream made with Pronto Tiramisù to which we added a generous spoonful of Arabeschi® Krocco Milk Gluten Free to make it all more delicious. A treat that even moms who do not consume gluten can appreciate, as it is totally gluten free.  

The second idea comes directly from a social media trend, Tiramisù Cookies. We obtained the cookies using Universal Cake Wholewheat with Red Berries and we covered them with the tiramisù cream, creating the typical spiral pattern and, finally, we decorated them with Cacao Togo and CrumbOlé.

Our final proposal for this Mother’s Day themed display is a refined Tiramisù to go. Here, the base cream is enriched with Farcimax® Raspberry and enclosed between two ladyfingers soaked in Zuppi Forest Berries and rolled in shredded coconut to make it all even more inviting.
