Our range of professional ingredients for pastry-making is expanding with new creams, fillings, and mixes, offering even more possibilities to create desserts that will amaze customers.

The smooth filling creams line Farcimax® is now enriched with new original and trendy flavors. The products in this line are characterized by their full-bodied consistency, making them ideal for filling breakfast baked goods, tartlets, pastry mignon, cannoncini, and much more.

The new offerings include Peanut, Bitter, Almond, and Pistachio, which are all based on an anhydrous formulation, perfect for after-bakery fillings. In addition, Raspberry and Zabajone are new Farcimax® flavors with a hydrated base, providing stability during baking and making them ideal for pre-bakery fillings.

The Covermax® Decorock® covering creams have been enhanced with two new flavors, ready to coat a variety of sweet treats that can be packaged at positive temperatures, such as plumcakes, croissants, and brioches, adding both taste and an appealing texture.

The first new offering is Covermax® Decorock® Chocowhite, an anhydrous, white chocolate-flavored covering cream with crunchy inclusions and roasted almond grains. The second is Covermax® Decorock® Dark, a vegan cream with an intense dark chocolate flavor, featuring crunchy inclusions of cocoa beans.

The intense biscuit flavor characteristic of Lancillotto® is now also available as Covermax® Decor. This smooth anhydrous covering cream ensures a flawless post-baking glaze with an unmistakable taste and can also be used to coat cakes in a vegan version.

PreGel Pastry Fillings are a line of fine fillings rich in chunks of fruit with an authentic flavor and high fruit content, ideal for filling tarts, breakfast cakes, mignons, brioches, cheesecakes, and many other pastry specialties. The new flavors introduced this year are Bitter Orange, which features the delightful presence of bitter orange pulp and peel, and Lingonberry, showcasing the freshness of this small fruit with its refined coloring, making it a standout in both baked and cold pastries. Both new Pastry Fillings are gluten-free and vegan.

Finally, professionals will be able to use My Sweet Mix Wholemeal to make small whole meal bakery leavened products and Pastaroma Grandi Lievitati to add a pleasant citrus flavour to leavened doughs and baked goods.
