The new PreGel Pasticceria line includes all the ingredi­ents you need to make cold pastries designed for baker­ies and gelato shops looking to expand their menu, but also mixes designed to make leavened and breakfast products, for bakeries and pastry shops who want to make a big impression.

The product range also includes a wide variety of concentrated fruit and creme flavors make it easy to customize your desserts. In addition, it also includes several complete and practical products created to make delicious desserts, intended for the food service and hotel industries.
