Inside Hall C5 stand 115, you will be able to discover all of the novelties of PreGel Gelato and have the opportunity to see many different applications of our beloved products. The PreGel Pastry offerings will also be presented inside Hall B4 stand 040, where the many recipes created – to meet the needs of pastry chefs and bakers – will be waiting for you, as well as many show cooking events with the much-declared world pastry champion Bernd Siefert.
